We typically process orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to serve archers worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch)

Pro Tip: For urgent archery equipment needs, we recommend our Standard Shipping option for faster delivery times.

International Shipping

We ship globally (except some Asian and remote regions). Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
  • Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing
  • We declare the full value of all shipments

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on most items. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following archery equipment cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made arrows (from our Arrow Making and Arrow Preparation sections)
  • Personalized products (custom cresting from our Cresting & Paint Pens category)
  • Opened bowstrings and cables (from Compound Strings & Cables section)
  • Used arrow cutting tools (from Arrow Cutting Tools category)

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Product Name and SKU/Item Number (if available)
  • Reason for Return

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Special instructions for high-value items (bows over £1,000)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Include the return authorization number clearly on the package.

Return Shipping:

  • Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping (we recommend using tracked services)
  • Defective Items: We will email you a prepaid return label

Archer’s Advice: When returning bows or delicate equipment, add extra padding beyond the original packaging. Consider using our Arrow Cases or Compound Bow Cases for secure return shipping.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or model changes):

  • Follow the same initiation process as returns
  • Specify the replacement product desired
  • We will process the exchange once the original item is received
  • You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original customs/duties fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Defective Items

If your archery equipment arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Do not use the product
  2. Take photos of the damage/defect

We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide return shipping instructions.
