15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following archery equipment cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made arrows (including those from our Arrow Making and Arrow Preparation sections)
  • Personalized products (custom cresting from our Cresting & Paint Pens category)
  • Opened bowstrings and cables (from Compound Strings & Cables section)
  • Used arrow cutting tools (from Arrow Cutting Tools category)

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

  • Return authorization number

  • Any special instructions for high-value items (bows over £1,000)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Include the return authorization number clearly on the package.

Return Shipping:

  • Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping (we recommend using tracked services)
  • Defective Items: We will email you a prepaid return label

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:
